MAIN FEATURES :

The RS-Pro Series is easiest recognised by its “velvet” look because of the Velcro/ loop all over the surface of the plates, with DP logostickers both left and right placed on the front end of the Drumplates, a real black beauty!
The RS-Pro Series are perfect for drummers who use different setups or even want to use multiple drumkits using the same plates. This also makes the RS-Pro Series the ultimate Drumplates for concert/ festival promoters, backline rental companies, rehearsal rooms and TV / radio / recording studios! Obviously in this setting (different drummers/ different drumkits ! ) the DP numbering/ lettering system doesn ot apply! The RS-Pro Series are specially designed for “quick change” while still giving that DP reliability and sound enhancement in any given situation!

SOUND FEATURES :

The Sound of the RS-Pro Series is obviously not as “clear and hard” as the S-Pro Series for the simple reason that the specially designed Velcro/ loop surface does give some demping to the plates. However, since your drums are locked onto the plates, the plates fully absorb the resonance of the drums making the overall sound “tighter” and therefore giving you more definition than any other surface or device of its kind!
